Our local locksmith business was established in 2006, and we have served the good people of Midlothian for well over a decade. We specialise in the repair of ALL types of door locks but specifically UPVC door locks, Patio French door docks, and Garage locks. Our main towns are Bonnyrigg, Dalkeith, Gorebridge and Newtongrange. We do not charge a Call Out Fee and you only pay for the work we do.
Most of our jobs have fixed prices and this price can usually be agreed upon when you call. Chris responded really quickly to an email for some non urgent work repairing and upgrading some locks on a garage door. He was out the next day to get it done. When the repair turned out to require some extra parts not stocked in his van, Chris said he'd return the next day to complete the work but overdelivered by returning the same day.
I really appreciated the explanations of everything needing done and setting clear expectations for when (and then exceeding those expectations!). Very happy with the result, would recommend!
