What strange times we are living in. I was called out on Sunday morning by a NHS key worker, a neighbour had spotted a intruder at his door and challenged him he quickly left after tampering with the lock. I received a call from Facebook this morning, so called to Skelton, York to repair a door mechanism after I left, Becky ( the customer ) left me a lovely Facebook review, that I wanted to share with you.
Shane is fantastic! I messaged him he contacted me within the hour and came the following morning, he arrived on time, he was very pleasant and professional he explained what the problem could be talked me through what he was doing and showed me the mechanism etc which he said all looked okay and don't need replacing and that something looked like it had got in and he got it working again in no time.
