Would definitely recommend these chaps! Came out immediately when I rang them, wasnt a straight forward job as my daughter had broken something off in the lock, which made the job much more difficult but they persevered & got me back into my car where our puppy sat patiently watching them through the window. Very reasonably priced for coming out in the evening & arriving so promptly. Hopefully I wont need them again as Ive learnt my lesson but would very much recommend if you need them! Thankyou

Brilliant company and service!
Ive used them twice (for different reasons) and each time theyve been wonderful. The issues were fixed quickly, and I always received super fast responses. Charlie is an expert in his field. Honest, reliable, and with very reasonable prices. Ive used emergency call-out services before that overcharged and didnt solve the problem, but East Kent is the go-to company. Highly recommend Charlie, I woke up and my backdoor wouldn't unlock, did a search, found this lock smith company and decided to use this company based on reviews on Google. I gave him a call at 7.30am, he was at my home by 12. It took him a while to get the door unlocked because the locking mechanism had snapped so the bottom dead locks weren't moving. He managed to get the dead lock free and temporarily fuctional until he supplied a new locking mechanism to fit my door within 48 hours. Thank-you!!

Charlie was great. Replied to my online enquiry within minutes and we agreed an appointment time later the same day. Would 100% recommend his services. My problem was a UPVC door which wouldnt open. He sorted it out and serviced the whole locking mechanism. Even had time to give my dog a cuddle in the process so she recommends him too!

Oh my god! Charlie is the super hero today. I locked the door outside and keys were inide Struggleed to open an hours while watching youtube videos But I called charlie and he said he'll be come within 20 mins and exactly he arrived on time and unlocked the door just within minute without zero damage to the door . Fantastic job ! Highly recommended

I stupidly locked myself out of the house and after calling a couple of locksmiths that didnt answer their phone I called East Kent Locksmiths. The guy that answered the phone was very kind and helpful he advised he would be twenty minutes. He arrived in 15mins which was amazing. Within a few minutes he had the door open. Great professional service would certainly use again (hopefully I wont need too). Saved me a lot of time and hassle. Thank you so much
