On one of the wettest and coldest nights my key snapped off in my front door...I had no other means to get in ....having called a few locksmiths, their response time was so long I was freezing. However, when I called A.L locks, they came out really quickly. They made me feel really safe. A.L Locks removed the broken key and helped me to gain access to my home. I was so grateful to them.

Mark was so friendly and came out on a Saturday when my grandparents' door wouldn't lock. He fixed the issue and has guaranteed a reduced rate to replace if it fails in the coming months. Reasonable, timely and very friendly service
