I contacted Kevin having locked car keys inside the car. He estimated a couple of hours as he was already carrying out some work elsewhere before he kept me informed regarding how far away he was from me, and how long he'd take. He was under two hours to reach me and managed to get to my keys within minutes.
I can't thank him enough for what he did today.

I had my car key replaced and honestly couldnt be happier with the service. Kevin replaced my car key and talked me through everything before starting, which I really appreciated. Its rare to find someone so professional, honest and thorough. The job was done quickly and to a high standard.

He also managed to put a new shell on my old key so I could keep that as a spare, which was a bonus!

I can not praise this business any higher. I contacted later afternoon yesterday, to request urgent car key replacement, due to losing mine. An appointment was made first thing this morning, due to having to go to work.

Kev, arrived on time to my address in Stanley, excellent customer service from start to finish and replaced key, reprogram my fob for a very cost effective, excellent service. Only took around 30 minutes, which is excellent especially for price and peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service was very helpful and quick, The unlock button stopped working on my old key (its 22 years old) rang Kevin and got me booked in quick, came cut me a new key and coded it and also had a look at my old key and got the buttons working again and didnt charge me any extra for looking at it, brilliant company and a owner who actually cares 100% would recommend and will definitely use auto access again myself!
