Our front door locking mechanism failed so we called Vlad after a google search and seeing the good reviews left.
He arrived within the hour as promised and was absolute gentleman, both honest and meticulous with the way he worked.
From diagnosis and strip down he clearly explained the problem and replaced the broken locking mechanism, realigned the door and changed out the front & back door locks to the more secure anti snap type.
There was no call out charge and prices were fair for the quality of the work and parts fitted.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a locksmith within Coventry & Warwickshire.

Vlad came to the house late at night yesterday to secure my broken window as it would not close due to broken hinges on old windows he then returned the next morning first thing replaced both hinges and the handle.

Found Vlad on Google as my front door lock was bust! He said he will come out and have a look and quote me. The barrell and the five lever lock mechanism had gone so he replaced the lot at a fair price. Replaced the lock with 5 keys spare, works smooth and well. Vlad locksmith did a great job helping me with a smartlock when i left my key inside after I’d called 7-8 other locksmiths who also said they couldn’t do it! He came through very quickly in Birmingham and sorted my smartlock which is really secure, after midnight, for a very reasonable price. Honestly I couldn’t recommend him enough. Very great service, coming on time on such short notice. Whilst managing to find a solution to a very troublesome situation. As our key was still inside the door from the other side. Through drilling our door, he managed to completely remove and replace the lock, without leaving behind a single mark. We will definitely use this service again, if we ever reach a problem similar to this
