Favourite job: Failed locked upvc door lock mechanisms that require opening and replacing. Dean Balderstone set up Locks Express Locksmiths back in 2004 and the company has gone from strength to strength, becoming a Limited company in 2009. He keeps up to date with the latest opening techniques and products by attending regular training and locksmiths exhibitions.

I used Locks Express to sort out an issue with a Upvc door. Dean was punctual and friendly. He resolved the problem quickly. I then had a further issue later the same day. Dean came back promptly and corrected the issue. I was really impressed with the service and wouldnt hesitate to recommend the company.

Dean was a huge help with a situation with my mum who is very poorly and kept losing keys. I was 250 miles away and he dealt with everything over email, and swooped in and completed the job without me present. Spoke to my mum and put her at ease while he completed the job. I cant recommend him enough.

Dean was quick to answer my call, then we arrange that he would be at my house in about 3 hours, that happened and from then on it was hands down to work. A proper job done by what look to me like someone that knows the ins and out of a locksmith job, professional, courteous, hard at work making sure everything was properly done.
I hope I dont have the same problem again but if it comes to happen I no doubt will call Dean again.
