Locked out? Give me a shout.
Hi. I'm a locksmith from Walsall in the West Midlands.I don't charge for call outs.
I can help with many lock related issues.
You may have a lock that won't turn when you insert the key. Or your key maybe stuck in the lock. I can remove and replace this lock for you.
Maybe your multipoint mechanism isn't behaving as it used to. The hooks many not be fully retracting and causing you trouble opening the door. The mechanism may have completely failed and you can't lock or unlock your door. I can replace the mechanism for you and get the door working as it should.
Have you got valuables in a small safe that you can't open? You've misplaced the override key and the key pad is no longer working. I can open the safe and get you access to your valuables again.
Are you having trouble lifting the handle on your upvc or composite door? I can adjust the door for you and make the handle easier to lift and push down. This will also extend the life of your multipoint locking mechanism.
If you think I can help then please don't hesitate to call me.
Thanks
Neil

Neil was friendly and offered initial advice without obligation over the phone. He was upfront and reasonable with pricing, and he took the time to solve what turned out to be quite a tricky problem. He was able to replace a part quickly leaving the property clean and secure.

Neil did an absolutely amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone. We had just bought our first house and wanted our front door and patio door locks changed for security. Neil was very quick to respond initially and throughout. As 1st time buyers we didn't entirely know what we needed, but through photos and a brief consultation Neil gave us a great quote. He even reassured us about security as we were asking about deadbolts, stating what we had was sufficient and not trying to needlessly upsell.
We managed to organise a next day fitting, and Neil was very punctual and sent a message confirming he was 10-15 minutes away. He was professional throughout, explaining all the locks and confirming what we wanted on the day. He also provided the locks and 3 keys, and at no extra cost secured the strike plate that was loose. I would recommend Neil for his responsiveness, professionalism and ability to put our minds at rest.

Our porch door refused to close and could not be locked. Neil sorted it out quickly and efficiently, and at what we feel was a fair cost. Thank you, Neil; it was a pleasure having you sort out our problem! Maz and Geoff.

I have had a faulty lock for a while and needed re-aligning. I put a request on check a trade this morning and they replied straight away and came to my house within the hour which was great. They gave me a quote which was very cheap and when arrived was very professional and polite. The lock on my door wasn't great and I was offered a new lock and set of 3 keys. The quote I was given was great value compared to other quotes and to have a new lock and set of keys to go with it was fantastic. Thanks again couldn't recommend highly enough
